Hi all,

Congratulations to Milan Tomy on the completion of the oral examination of her PhD dissertation "Integrating Non-Markovian Constraint Satisfaction in MCTS for Haul-Truck Dispatch Under Operational Constraints" this morning! This was both a fantastic summary of several years' work and marks an important milestone on the journey towards a PhD.
