Hi everyone,
We’re putting together our
first team for the 2026 Push-Up Challenge this June, and we would love for you to be part of it.
This is more than just a fitness challenge. It’s a
nationwide movement raising awareness for mental health, with thousands of people across Australia taking part. Over 24 days (3–26 June), you will work towards a goal of up to
3,307 push-ups—a powerful number that represents lives lost to suicide and a reminder of why this cause matters.
💪 Why join?
Whether you're looking to build a healthy habit, try something new, or just be part of something meaningful, this is an easy way to get involved.
Even better? You don’t have to be a fitness enthusiast—just willing to give it a go.
If you're unable to participate or short on time, you can still support the cause by making a donation. We’ve nominated
Lifeline as our preferred organisation, so any contributions will go directly towards their vital mental health support services.
