Hi All

J04 has two meeting rooms and three bookable workspaces available for booking, 

• Level 2, Room 208 Conference Room (capacity 15 people)
• Level 1, Room 108 Meeting Room (capacity 4-6 people)
• Level 1, Room 109 Bookable workspaces (A, B, and C).

If you would like to use these meeting rooms or workspaces, please ensure you make a booking via the ACFR  Meeting Room Booking System.    QR codes are also displayed on the doors of these room, allowing you to easily book a space or check availability.

If you are unable to access the booking system, you can email acfr.admin@sydney.edu.au or visit the admin team on level 2 in J04.

Meeting Rooms & Conference Room Procedures

(J04.02.208 Conference Room & J04.01.108 Meeting Room)

• A valid booking via the ACFR Meeting Room Booking System is required before use.
• These rooms must not be used without a confirmed booking.
• If you do not have access to the booking system, please email acfr.admin@sydney.edu.au or visit an admin team member on Level 2.
• Please start and finish meetings within your allocated booking time.
• Use the sign on the door to indicate whether the room is available or in use.
• Rooms must not be used for storage—please take all personal belongings with you after use.
• Leave the room clean and tidy for the next user.
• Report any issues or faults to the admin team promptly.

Bookable Workspace Procedures (J04.01.109)

• Each desk (A, B, and C) must be booked through the booking system prior to use.
• QR codes are available on each desk to assist with bookings.
• Desks must not be used without a confirmed booking.
• If you do not have access, please contact acfr.admin@sydney.edu.au or visit the admin team on Level 2.
• Please use desks only within your booked time slot.
• Desks and the room must not be used for storage—take all personal belongings when leaving.
• Leave the desk and room clean and tidy for the next user.
• Report any issues or faults to the admin team promptly.
