[Everybody at ACFR] J18 Scheduled Glass Replacement Works and Temporary Lift Disruption
Dear J18 Building Occupants,
Please be advised that glass repair works will be undertaken within the building to replace a shattered glass panel.
Work Schedule
* Wednesday, 29 July 2026: Installation of holding brackets, removal of broken glass, and installation of new glass in silicone. * Thursday, 30 July 2026: Removal of holding brackets and completion of works.
Work Hours
* Works will commence at 7:00am on both days. * The contractor expects the works to take approximately one hour each day, with all activities anticipated to be completed by 8:30am at the latest.
Impact to Occupants
* The lift will be temporarily out of service while the works are being carried out. * Every effort has been made to schedule the works before peak building occupancy to minimise disruption.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while these essential repairs are completed.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
Best regards,
Sabrina
