[Everybody at ACFR] 2026 Push-Up Challenge – Let’s Get Our First Team Together 💪
Hi everyone,
We’re putting together our first team for the 2026 Push-Up Challenge this June, and we would love for you to be part of it.
This is more than just a fitness challenge. It’s a nationwide movement raising awareness for mental health, with thousands of people across Australia taking part. Over 24 days (3–26 June), you will work towards a goal of up to 3,307 push-ups—a powerful number that represents lives lost to suicide and a reminder of why this cause matters.
💪 Why join?
* No pressure, no judgement – all fitness levels welcome * Flexible participation – do the full (3,307), half (1,654), or swap exercises (squats, sit-ups, etc.) * Stay motivated – track progress easily by downloading the apphttps://www.thepushupchallenge.com.au/the-app * Learn along the way – daily mental health insights you’ll actually remember * Team spirit – we’ll keep things fun with a friendly competition (and bragging rights!)
Whether you're looking to build a healthy habit, try something new, or just be part of something meaningful, this is an easy way to get involved. Even better? You don’t have to be a fitness enthusiast—just willing to give it a go.
If you're unable to participate or short on time, you can still support the cause by making a donation. We’ve nominated Lifelinehttps://www.lifeline.org.au/ as our preferred organisation, so any contributions will go directly towards their vital mental health support services.

Let’s make our firstyear count with a strong team behind it. Jump in, bring a colleague, and let’s do this together!
